I choose Asiago, and I'm not just saying that for you. The cheese beer idea still wakes me at night with an unquenchable thirst.

I gotta say, Smoked Gouda Porter sounds pretty good. I not sure this is entirely possible. We shall see.
I love me some cheese and beer too. And, although I voted on a beer, the idea does seem somewhat weird.
